Anybody got any comments about using drill in rock pegs, read the mixed reviews and most say that they are not much use on hard standings and they tend to bend, which is not much help as that is exactly what I want them for. The threads hold better than a straight peg so you don't need anything near the 12" standard Kodiak pegs. If the product requires service parts and this is not fulfilled by the purchaser within 3 months of the date of arrival or from when the latest advice is given (whichever is latest) it will be disposed of without further notice. I suffer from Asthma and find it very exhausting hammering the pegs, there are various makes on the market, are any of them any good. At the same time I bought a couple of packs of 50mm penny washers, and with a couple of washers under each head, they go in without damage to the holding loops.To help the environment we re-use boxes, so deliveries may come in incorrectly marked outer packaging. Our screw in tent pegs allow you to drill them into the ground, eliminating aching wrists from relentless hammering. In my case though I just can't see any advantage over ordinary tent pegs and a lot of disadvantages re size, amount of hardware required, weight and having to carry a drill.
